Mediawiki.org uses the same license as Wikia and Wikipedia does, which can be copied under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License (there are templates for this), save one namespace.

Help namespace

The help namespace is in the Public Domain, meaning it can be copied without requiring any terms to be met, or attribution given, it is completely and entirely free.
